In the Account Representative role, our associates learn how to effectively execute an in-store marketing campaign for one of our Fortune 500 Clients. The Account Representative is the first line of contact for new and existing customers. Important to the success of this position is having a student's mentality and high-class customer service skills. When this is established, the Account Representative will then help them manage their own in-store marketing.

In the Account Executive role, our associates are responsible for multiple in-store marketing campaigns throughout the territory. The Account Executive will train other executives and representatives with our award-winning system. The Account executive is responsible for learning the psychology behind the sale, as well as the recruiting aspect of the company.

In the Team Director position, these associates are held accountable for the teaching, training, and development of others. In this position, our associates manage accounts in terms of sales, compliance, and training. A Team Director is responsible for a team on a day-to-day basis, as they exemplify a strong work ethic, great attitude, and all-around people person.

The Assistant Market Director’s role is geared towards learning and implementing the "behind the scenes" responsibilities. This consists of payroll, interviews, and learning how to manage financial and recruiting budgets. The most important role of the Assistant Market Director is the planning of expansion and territory growth. Our globally known clients are looking for us to grow into their massive footprint.

The Market Director oversees brand management. The responsibilities expand into keeping track of the sales and compliance throughout the entire territory. The Market Director is held accountable for ensuring the entire team is performing to our clients' standards and continually striving to overachieve the goal set forth. With every Director starting from entry-level and progressively working their way through the program, we can continually deliver the results our clients are looking for year after year.
